Join fellow cattle producers for an evening of conversation about the issues affecting your operation and Saskatchewan’s cattle industry.
Hear how the Saskatchewan Cattle Association is putting producer levy dollars to work, ask questions and share what matters to your operation. These meetings bring producers and industry representatives together to discuss priorities to inform SCA’s work.

Agenda:
- SCA updates: Brief reports on policy, operations and research, including how producer levy dollars are being invested.
- Producer discussion: An open forum to bring forward questions, cocerns and ideas with SCA and Canadian Cattle Association representatives.
- Resolutions: Opportunities to introduce and consider resolutions that help inform SCA's work.

Before you attend:
The Cattle Development Plan Regulations provides that only registered cattle producers can hold office or vote. A ‘registered cattle producer’ means a cattle producer who has sold cattle and paid the levy within the last two years and has not received a refund. If the registered cattle producer is a corporation it must designate a representative to nominate, vote, or hold office.
Declare your Registered Cattle Producer status
To participate in resolutions or the voting process, producers will need to declare their status as a Registered Cattle Producer at the meeting.
You can download and complete the Declaration of Registered Producer Form ahead of time and bring it with you.
Designate a representative for a corporation or partnership
Registered Producers that are corporations or partnerships should complete the Designation of Representative Form before attending.
In some cases, the person authorized to designate a representative will not be at the meeting. Completing the form in advance ensures the designated individual can bring the completed form with them.
Copies of all forms will also be available at the meeting. If you are unsure which forms you need or who must complete them, please contact the SCA office before attending.
District 3B Election
Producers in District 3B will elect their SCA representative at the upcoming district meeting.
Date: October 6th, 2026
Location: Swift Current at the Fraternal Order of Eagles (910 South Service Rd W)
Registration: 6:30 p.m.
Meeting: 7 p.m.
Voting Eligibility
Your primary residence or head office , in the case of a corporation or partnership, determines your election district. This is where you live or conduct business, which may differ from your mailing address or the community where you collect your mail. You must also meet SCA's producer voting eligibility requirements.
